DIY Owl Eyed Peephole

I picked this little guy up for 89 cents. You can get little wood cut outs like this in any craft store, some painted, some blank, most really cheap.

I drilled out a hole in one eye, roughly the size of a dime. Then smoothed the edges with sandpaper. Added velcro stickers to the owl and my door and done.

 You could do this with any animal wood cut out, I think a side view of a whale would be cute too. For the Bookpage Flower Key Holders tutorial look here.
